At Filsa, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, as shipping times depend on the carrier and external factors, such as weather, holidays, or high shipping volumes.
#### 2. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow its progress. Please note that we have no control over any delays that may occur once the package is with the carrier.
#### 3. Damaged Items and Refunds
We take great care in packing your order, but if your item arrives damaged, we will issue a full refund. To qualify for a refund, we require that you contact us within 2 days of receiving the damaged item, providing photos as proof. After this 2-day window, we are unable to offer refunds for damages.
#### 4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for it. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please reach out to the carrier directly to resolve the issue. Filsa is not liable for lost or stolen items.
#### 5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. These fees are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged goods.
